Since 1998, the master maple-grower, Martin Malenfant has produced 100% pure organic maple syrup of the highest quality. The centuries-old sugarwood, located at Escuminac in the Baie-des-Chaleurs (Quebec), enjoys a unique climate and terroir, which was already in use by Native Americans, long before America was discovered.

Escuminac maple sap water is a rare water, vegetal and filtered naturally by the maples and the soil which is composed of sedimentary rock. At the Spring flows, sap is harvested, the sugar is extracted for maple syrup production. The remaining water contained in the sap is filtered and bottled with care, which makes it a purely vegetal water of the highest quality without additional sugar. Rounded, mineral and silky on the palate, Escuminac organic maple sap water is a distinctive water. It is also said to have many properties and virtues as a result of its beneficial elements: natural minerals and polyphenols (antioxidants).
