- 2 cl Birch Syrup, “LIMITED EDITION”, Escuminac
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 3 cl home-made iced tea
- 4 cl dry gin
- Fresh mint, slice of lemon, slice of lime
/01. Add the birch syrup, the gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and the iced tea to the shaker.
/02. Shake briskly for 15 secs without ice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake briskly
/03. Pour the mixture and ice into a tumbler.
/04. Chop the mint leaves.
/05. Scatter the mint on the glass and garnish with the lemon/lime slices. Serve.
