Ingredients: |

| 2 onces |
Dry gin | |
| 5 ml (1 teaspoon) |
Escuminac yellow birch syrup |
|
| 30 ml (2 tablespoons) |
Lemon juice | |
| To taste |
Soda (7up or Sprite) to fill the glass |
|
| Ice cubes |
Instructions:
- In a mixing glass full of ice cubes. Incorporate the dry gin, the birch syrup the lemon juice and mix it well.
- Transfer the mix in a highball glass and fill it with the soda.
- Enjoy the taste!
